12 Reasons You are Not Eligible to Apply for AdSense Account
Do you have an AdSense account? If you do not have the answer, you may need to worry.
If you have not tried an account yet, then it is fine. However, if you have sent a request for acceptance and Google has dismissed it, then you have to think about what is wrong with your blog or website.

It was quite easy to get approval from Google before. My point is that the rules and conditions were quite comfortable 5 years ago. As soon as you create a Gmail account and there is no approval for a Gmail account, there was no need to get approval for AdSense. It was instant to create an AdSense account.
However, Google has become very strict now when the AdSense account gets approved. If you want to make money with Adsense, then you should be very serious about blogging and all its aspects.
I’ve reduced a list of reasons for which you can not be approved by Google.
Here they are-
-
Website domain
The first and most important thing that you have to consider is the domain name for your blog and website. It is recommended to take .com on any other domain type. If you are taking a .in, .co, .tv then Google can take care of it. However, as a new blogger it is suggested that you have a domain with .com. Then the next thing is the EMD or the exact matching domain.
You should avoid choosing a domain name that exactly matches the title or title of your blog. In recent years SEO experts have noticed that Google has penalized EMD websites. Therefore, EMD SEO is not good for purposes. So keep the domain name simple and close to your niche but do not make it exactly the same.
2.Domain Age
If you are a new blogger who has purchased domains and hosting according to Google’s policy, then you have to wait 6 months to get the approval. This means that your domain age must be more than 6 months (in particular in India) before you are eligible to apply for AdSense. But this is not always true. Nobody can wait for 6 months. I have noticed that many of my students have got approval in 1-3 months of starting their blog.
-
Website Design
The next important factor in hindering you to obtaining an AdSense account is the design of your website. Bloggers usually complicate the design of their blogs.
Your design should be simple and should be cluttered with fancy gadgets or widgets. The most important thing is the navigation of your blog. Google will see that navigation of your blog is easy for your readers. Also, do not use code that is malicious and has been done for SEO purposes. Choose templates and other design features that are simple.
In simple words, I want to say that do not try to trick Google.
-
Content – quality and quantity
The third factor why Google is not applying to your AdSense account is the content of your blog. See, you can not have one or two pages on your website, and Google is expected to accept your account. Google needs content that is new and people would like to read it.
After this, do not copy content and do not put it on your website. You need original or unique content and that is also in good quantity. Therefore, you have to post daily on your blog. Only then can you expect Google to accept your AdSense account. Therefore, both the quality and quantity of the material are important for approval here.
-
Number of visitors
The fourth factor to approve your account is the number of visitors. You need to get some visitors to your blog. Yes, you can not get thousands of visitors during your blog launch. However, Google expects some movement in your blog.
You need to get at least 100 to 200 visitors per day to read your blog. If your blog is not getting any visits then Google will definitely close your AdSense account acceptance. Try to get at least a few visitors before applying for approval. Well! It was quite easy in our days.
-
Contact Us, About Me More Privacy Policy Page
Earlier it was OK to ignore these pages on the website. However, Google takes them seriously now. If you did not include these two pages in your blog, then this could be a reason for you to reject your application for an AdSense account.
Every new blogger should have this page. Both of these pages help establish your credibility that you are a real person there. Therefore, Google takes it very seriously. So there is a well written page about me and you will get approval from Google.
And if you are wondering what to include in your Adsense policy then you can read this post and if you are confused about making a privacy policy you can use the WordPress Plugin (if your blog is hosted on WordPress ) Or you can make it free here.
-
Age verification and home address
This is a minor issue, though still an important thing for Google. You must be above 18 years before applying for an AdSense account. However, Google is not going to come to your house and verify it, but you should be over 18 years old. Next is the address of your home. You should know that there is only one account for an address. So you can not run two accounts at one address. So keep this in mind and give the correct address before applying for approval.
-
Content type
Earlier we had mentioned about the quality and quantity of the material. However, you also need to know that Google does not exclude all types of content.
If you are blogging on content that is sexually explicit as pornography, then sell products that promote drugs or alcohol, hate and hate other caste, religion, community or country. Google will definitely shut down your blog for AdSense.
All these things can be your blog but you will never receive ads from Google to show on your blog. Therefore, do not blog about things that can get you many visitors quickly but you will not have an AdSense account to earn money.
-
Real or paid traffic
After this, Google has paid a huge amount of money so far not to approve your account. Google does not like payment traffic. In fact, Google will slap you if your traffic is paid.
You can not pay online company like PTC sites to get traffic to your new blog. Traffic generated on your blog should be real and build slowly. If you use Black Hat SEO methods, then Google is not accepting your blog for an AdSense account. A real traffic is what you get from time to time through organic searches. Therefore, you have to make a difference between real and paid traffic.
-
Other ad networks
You have to be very careful about ads from other networks. Although Google allows you to keep advertising from other networks, but if you are a new blogger and you are applying for an AdSense account for the first time, then you should not place advertising from other networks.
Your website or blog should be free from ads on other networks. This will help Google immediately approve your account or Google may stop your request. After the AdSense account approval, you will be free to advertise from other networks.
-
AdSense Policy
You must read Google’s AdSense policy before applying for approval. You must be familiar with every Google Terms and Conditions You need to apply all these conditions to your blog. Therefore, I advise you to fully read Google’s AdSense policy before applying for approval. Yes, I know that it’s tedious to read though you have to do this.
-
Content against US national interest
After all, the last reason Google can shut down is content that is written against America and its national interest. I would love to give an example. A few years ago I had written a blog post about how the US is helping Israel to reduce Iran’s nuclear program.
However, there was nothing in the blog against American national interest, but Google declined to show ads on that particular post. This is because my AdSense account was already approved and ads were shown on all other blog posts but ads were not showing on this particular post.
Therefore, there is a lesson for a new blogger that you should not have content that is targeting the US and its national interest. So these were 12 reasons why you may not be eligible for an AdSense account. If you work on these 12 reasons you can get approval from Google very easily.
